Jake is losing his battle with cancer. After a long fight, his parents have taken him home to love him. They are fighting no longer. I have been following his story for some time now, and my heart is breaking.

how incredibly sad... i can't imagine their pain... it is heartbreaking, no one should ever have to feel that kind of grief...
I noticed that Jakob has passed away... I wanted to send you a little note to make sure your okay.
He is at peace, pain free and no longer battling...
It is a sad day.
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. He was on my mind all day. He went so peacefully in his own home which is comforting, but to think how hard he fought for so long...no more pain for Jake.
Oh, my heart just breaks for all of these families :(
